Returns and Refunds and Shipping Policy:
We strive very hard to get your orders out in a timely manner, since all of our items are handmade at the time of your order, orders can take awhile. while normal ship times are 10-14 business days, during these unprecedented times of Covid, our ship times are anywhere from 10-30 days until your products leave us. We are shipping daily, but supply chains are breaking down and ingredients are taking longer to reach us. All sales are final, but we want you to love your products. If your items arrive damaged, contact us.
Damages: We use USPS and UPS to ship, and your package is insured up to $50 with their shipping insurance. If your package is damaged upon receipt, email firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures and we can help you get a claim going and get your order fixed. All orders receive a tracking number, if your shipment is lost then we will help you file a usps claim and locate that package. Once the package has left our facility and scanned into UPS or USPS, we can no longer be responsible for that package and its contents, it is the customers responsibility to ensure their delivery address is safe to deliver packages to.
